On recovery of 400 sachets of country made liquor of 200 ml. each along with 60 litres spirit and other articles from the possession of the petitioner the case was instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.02.2015.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is accused in one other case of similar nature. Statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition and the investigation has already concluded. Considering the period under custody, let the
