The petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and one cartridge were recovered. Though, the petitioner is accused in one other case of similar nature, but considering the period under custody and the fact that the investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
