JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Petitioners being father and brothers of the husband of the victim are languishing in custody since 02.04.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 120B/34 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim committed suicide and the accusation is not specific against the petitioners. It is submitted by learned A.P.P. that medical opinion suggests the case of hanging.

Considering the fact that thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim and mother of

No. 46096 of 2013, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P.S.
