The petitioner is said to have been caught, having in possession of 6.55 gms. of Heroin. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and admittedly, the seized Heroin does not come under the purview of commercial quantity. Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Special Case No. 78 of 2014 arising out of Rail Danapur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VI, Patna.
