JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goreakothi Police Station Case No. 87 of 2019, registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 363, 366 (A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in F.I.R. with allegation of kidnapping in connivance with other accused persons. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that victim's statement has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which he has not named the petitioner and thereafter allegation of kidnapping has been made against the other coaccused persons. He is in custody since 19.08.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
