Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 208 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 302/149, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2022 and petitioners have no antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7325 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-VIII, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 208 of 2021.
