The petitioner being husband of the complainant is in jail custody since 29-12-2014 in a case registered under Section-498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section-4 of Dowry Prohibition Act only on the ground that he violated the order of this court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52102 of 2013. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 2075 (C) of 2012/ to the satisfaction of Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna.
