Petitioner is accused in connection with Siswan (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation is that 9 persons including the petitioner were seen by the informant in the light of torch assaulting to her brother Abhimanyu Kumar Singh. At that time, it is said that the deceased was shot fired by Parmendra Singh and others. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that while the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. along with others but specific allegation is against Parmendra Singh to shot fire at the deceased
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18534 of 2016 (4) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 brother, informant. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.01.2016, whereas similarly situated co-accused person Prahlad Singh @ Prahlad Kumar Singh has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court on 30.11.2015.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Siswan (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No.61 of 2015.
