2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 21.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81311 of 2023 to the extent to correct the name of the father of the petitioner and also for extending the period of surrender.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the father of the petitioner is Late Chalitar Mahto but due to mistake it was wrongly mentioned as Ashok Mahto in the order dated 21.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81311 of 2023.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons mentioned in the modification application,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17857 of 2024(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 let the name of the father of the petitioner is read as Late Chalitar Mahto in place of Ashok Mahto in the main bail petition and also the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 243 of 2023, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.

5. The order dated 21.12.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

6. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
