In this case the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bath P.S. Case No.21 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384 & 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that while the informant was going to hospital he was intercepted by three miscreants and took away Rs.20,000/-. The petitioner has been identified by the informant.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
