2. Heard the parties.
3. The present application has been filed for the following relief(s):
(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to treat the lands of the petitioners which has been acquired and made a Panchat no 113, 82, 12 and 102 for granting compensation as commercial land and to pay the compensation of such lands by valuing the same in higher rate
Patna High Court CWJC No.9122 of 2017(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 (commercial rate). Such lands have been acquired by the government for the purpose of widening the National Highway.
(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to pay the compensation amount of the lands already acquired in higher rate keeping in view the nature of lands are commercial purpose as the other land owners have been awarded in higher rate for the same nature of lands.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the newly added respondent in next eight weeks.
5. If the same is filed, it shall be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
