1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners had earlier moved this Court seeking regular bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 47127 of 2024 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn by an order dated 05.10.2024 with liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge. It is next submitted that the charges, against the petitioners, have been framed on 20.11.2024 (Annexure-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4551 of 2025(2) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 P/3).

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 322 of 2023.

6. It is made clear that if the learned Trial Court comes to a conclusion that petitioner, after his release, is trying to delay the trial in any manner in that event, the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners forthwith after recording reasons.
