In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Atari P.S. Case No. 75/2015 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 353, 427, 395 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation has been made that when the police party was on patrolling duty, got information, some altercation were taking place between two sides and both sides were attacking to each other. The petitioner and 100-115 unknown persons armed with different lethal weapons, attacked on the Police party and caused injury to them.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17241 of 2016 (2) dt.28-04-2016 2/2 No specific allegation has been made against the petitioner. It was a group of 100-115 persons. There was a bricking batting.

Looking the fact and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Atari P.S.
