Petitioner seeks bail in Gaighat P.S. Case No.314 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased.

In the written report, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
