====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 34 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 308, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is Government servant and there are cross cases listed with regard to same allegation. There is no specific allegation regarding causing injury to the petitioners.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

However, taking into consideration, the aspect of cross cases and that the petitioner no.1 is Government servant and there is likelihood of over-implication, I am inclined to grant benefit of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15196 of 2021(2) dt.04-01-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail to the above named petitioners and in the event of arrest they shall be released on bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
