Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Taking into consideration that petitioner made attempt to commit rape on a seven years old girl, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Narkatiyaganj P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015 corresponding to S.G.R. No. 27 of 2015 pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran stands rejected.
