In view of the supplementary show cause filed by the Collector, Patna, this application is disposed of. However before disposing of this application, it is observed that the authorities should not refuse to accept rent of Khas Mahal Plot Holders on any ground when the Rule 66 specifies that the Khas Mahal Plot Holders can deposit their rent as per the rules.
