The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 12.12.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498A, 323, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant. The informant earlier also lodged Araria P.S. Case No.302/2012 against the petitioner, levelling accusation under sections 498A, 493/494 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, wherein the petitioner is on bail.

It is submitted by learned APP for the State that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17259 of 2016 (2) dt.20-04-2016 2/2 the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.607/2015.
