Patna High Court CWJC No.6264 of 2017 (2) dt.21-06-2017 In the present writ petition, petitioner has made a prayer for payment of Rs.18,02,259/- as he has furnished and renovated the office of Bihar Medical Services & Infrastructure Corporation (hereinafter referred to as BMSICL). Though certain amount has been paid to him but the aforesaid outstanding dues has not been paid to him. In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Managing Director, B.M.S.I.C.L (respondent no.2) who will examine the same and if it is found that admitted dues of the petitioner is pending it goes without saying that the same should be paid to him. If Managing Director does not find substance in the representation the same should be disposed of after giving notice to petitioner within a period of three month from the date of filing of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
