The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with regard to petitioner No. 2 namely Puniya Devi @ Puniyan Devi since she has been arrested.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition with respect to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5161 of 2022(2) dt.15-06-2022 2/3 petitioner No. 2 is dismissed as withdrawn.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by strangulating her neck.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner No. 1 is mother-in-law of the deceased and she was residing separately from the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner No. 1 and she has been implicated in this case only because she happens to be the mother of the husband of the deceased.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner No. 1, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 299 of 2021,
