Petitioner is accused in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015 registered under Sections 304B, 201 and 341 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws and to dispose of the dead body.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that in fact, marriage of the daughter of the informant was performed on 15.05.2015, as detailed in the F.I.R. It is also submitted that daughter of the informant died due to Diarrhoeaon 08.01.2015 and

No.19412 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 information was given on telephone to the informant, who also came and participated in the funeral ceremony but due to ulterior motive, the present case has been lodged with false allegation of demand of dowry and killing his daughter. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 31.12.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S.
