2. The aforesaid Interlocutory Application has been preferred for substituting the name of the petitioner who died on 10.12.2018 leaving behind his sole heir Shiv Shankar Sah.

3. There is no opposition from the State.

4. I.A. No. 1 of 2019 is allowed, substituting the name of the petitioner with that of his son Shiv Shankar Sah. Re: CWJC No. 8354 of 2017
