Petitioner is in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018 for the offence under section 380, 457 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.2.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for nearly two years, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five
