1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as from perusal of the order impugned, it would manifest that the victim, who is a minor, was recovered and her statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she has stated that petitioner is a bad person and he used her sexually and even raped her.

4. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 06 of 2023 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateI, Patna City/Successor Court. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
