JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was caught by the police and one country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner while he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail in two cases whereas acquitted in some cases. Considering the period of detention of the petitioner is in jail custody since 03.12.14 as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
