JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report with accusation that he as well as two others took the deceased from his house and later on, the dead body of the deceased was recovered. In course of investigation, thimate poison was found in the dead body of the decease.

No doubt, there is allegation against this petitioner and co-accused that they took away the deceased from his house and except the aforesaid circumstance there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
