Patna High Court CWJC No.2471 of 2024(2) dt.02-05-2024 2/2 or direction to the respondents to remove encroachment from the Govt.

Land bearing Khata No-228, Plot No1321/1322 having its area 2.54 Acres and 1.34 Acres respectively of village Dumaria upon which private respondents have encroached by constructing Pakka House/Toilets as well as Hut upon the said Land, due to which ingress and egress of the public as well as water flow for irrigation are being obstructed and further to pass any other order or orders to which petitioners found entitled to."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent no. 4 i.e. the Circle Officer, Barh, District-Patna, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
