2. The present contempt petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 07.08.2019 passed in C.W.J.C.

3. A show cause on behalf of the opposite party nos. 1 and 2 is on record according to which, the claim of the petitioner has been negated by an order of the Director, Primary Education vide memo no. 1982 dated 08.011.2023 (AnnexureOP/1 to the show cause).

4. In the aforesaid matter, no contempt is made out.

5. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be challenging the said order.

6. Granting said liberty, the M.J.C. No. 301 of 2024 stands disposed of.
