1. Heard the parties.
2. When the matter was called out, learned counsel for the petitioner made a prayer that the case may be adjourned for four weeks on the ground that the file is not being located in the office of the learned counsel for the petitioner. On 31.10.2023, no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. On 22.11.2023, on the ground of illness of arguing counsel, adjournment was sought and the matter was adjourned for 30.11.2023. Today,
Patna High Court CWJC No.2478 of 2019(5) dt.30-11-2023 2/2 when the case is called out, a new plea is taken that the file is not being located.
3. This Court is of the impression that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this case, accordingly, the same is dismissed.
