The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 318 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 292, 342, 354(A), 354(C), 376, 504, 507, 509 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 67 of the I.T. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and has antecedent of one case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation mentioned in the F.I.R. that the informant who is the mother of the victim girl, lodged the instant F.I.R alleged that the informant married with her elder daughter namely, Priyanka

It is further alleged that the petitioner called the second daughter of the informant namely, Roshni Kumari fraudulently at his rented house and made illicit relation with her forcibly and also prepared a video film for the alleged act. It is also alleged that the petitioner repeatedly made illicit relation with the second daughter of the informant on the threatening of making the video film public on the social sites. When the informant came to know about the nefarious act of the petitioner, then went at the house of the petitioner and found the video clip. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim is a major girl and during the trial of the case, she deposed as PW-I and denied all the allegations leveled against the petitioner as false and fabricated.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection
