2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:

(i) to quash the Letter No. 1156 dated 13.5.2023 issued under the signature of respondent no.4 by which the land bearing Khata No. 343, Plot No. 1797, measuring area 3 Decimals situated

Patna High Court CWJC No.3310 of 2024(2) dt.20-06-2024 2/3 at Mauza- Rajpur settled in favour of the petitioners was cancelled in most illegal and arbitrary manner without providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioners;

(ii) also to direct the respondents especially respondent no.4 and 6 to settle the land bearing Khata No. 343, Plot No. 1797, area 3 Decimals situated at Mauza- Rajpur under Brahampur Block in the district of Buxar, as the petitioners are land less persons;

(iii) also to direct the respondents to issue Parcha for settlement of the land in the name of the petitioners with respect to the land bearing Khata No. 343, Plot No. 1797 total area 3 Decimals situated at Mauza- Rajpur under Brahampur Block in the district of Buxar. Which has been settled in Settlement Case No. 02 of 200203. As the land in question is Aam Gairmajarua Land;

(iv) also to direct the respondents to not disturb the possession of the petitioners over the land bearing Khata No. 343, Plot No. 1797 total area 3 Decimals which was settled by the Circle Officer, Brahampur in Settlement Case No. 02 of 2002-03.

3. Learned State Counsel pointed out that the order in question is merely a correspondence between the Collector, Buxar and the Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Land

4. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they will be approaching the Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Bihar Patna in connection with their grievances.

5. Without making any comment on the merit of the writ petition, liberty is granted to the petitioners.

6. The writ petition stand disposed of.
