The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. (i) For considering the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the District Magistrate-cum-Chairman, District Compassionate Appointment Committee, Gaya shall definitely take a final call with regard to the case of the petitioner and others for appointment on compassionate ground in lieu of death of the father of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9810 of 2015(2) dt.17-08-2023 2/2 petitioner on 03.07.2011, although it is the case of the respondent-State that the deceased father of the petitioner had solemnized two marriages out of which two sons have been born and both are claiming appointment on compassionate ground in lieu of the death of their father.

It is directed accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
