The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sikandra P.S. case No. 274 of 2018 registered under Section 307 and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Bhushan Ravidas, Vicky Ravidas, the petitioner, and Vijay Ravidas were abusing his mother. Sujata Kumar, daughter of Bhushan Ravidas, was also abusing his mother. When the informant inquired about the incident, Bhushan Ravidas exhorted and petitioner indiscriminately assaulted the informant with a piece of wood. Bhushan Ravidas pressed his neck.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant alleged that petitioner indiscriminately assaulted him with a stick of wood but the informant got only one injury on

Considering the facts that there is case and counter case and on account of assault made by the petitioner one injury, that too simple in nature, is found on the head of informant, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M. K. Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 274 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
