The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302 / 201 / 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. was registered against unknown for committing murder of minor daughter of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. It is further submitted that in paragraph 24 of the case diary, the sister of the deceased has categorically stated that her mother has killed her sister by pressing her neck and throwing in river. Petitioner has been falsely implicated by wife of the informant and he is in custody since 24.07.2021, having no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffassil P.S. Case No. 414 of 2021.
