Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30a/37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and sections 272, 273, 332, 353, 504/34 of the IPC .

As per the prosecution case, 36 liters liquor was recovered from the cattle house of co-accused Prakash Das. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners are wife and mother of said co-accused. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of
