In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.7 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pass a necessary and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid liberty/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
