1. No one appears for the petitioners.

2. The present application has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against opposite parties for their willful defiance of the interim order dated 07.12.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. 865 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties, referring to the show cause, submits that the order passed in the writ application has been complied vide Memo No. 379 dated 29.01.2024. The petitioners have been allowed to join at their respective schools with a direction that it would be subject to the final outcome of the proposed L.P.A./final disposal of the instant case.

4. In view of the statement made in the show cause, I do not find any reason to initiate contempt against the opposite parties.

5. This application is rejected, accordingly, stands dismissed.
