In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 487 of 2016, registered for the offence under Sections 420 and 416 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is cousin brother of the informant. The petitioner and his wife have approached being an agent of G.T.F.S. Company to deposit Rs.5,000/- for each five years and in will return an amount of Rs.30,000/-. Allegation has been made of cheating.
