Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition as the petitioner

In such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

If the petitioner files an application before the D.C.L.R., Balia, District- Begusarai, for refund of the entire amount, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the D.C.L.R., Balia, District- Begusarai, within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such application and the entire amount shall be refunded to the petitioner at the earliest.
