The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 394/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and others were apprehended by the people thereat when they were attempting to rob the tractor of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2018. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
