The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 302/ 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in, brief, is that the daughter of the informant was living in her sasural alone. Her son had gone to Punjab for livelihood because she is a poor lady and her husband was died due to unnatural death. It is further alleged that her daughter has been killed by the accused persons with lathi, danda because there is land dispute between the parties. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 31.3.2015 and charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no eye witness to the occurrence

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25960 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 nor there is any circumstantial evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner.. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Supaul in Jadia P.S.Case No. 161/2014.
