JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although petitioner is said to be present on the place of occurrence and it is stated that he was instigating the other accused but specific allegation of assault is against other coaccused. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 24.11.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Pawna P.S.Case No. 10 of 2015.
