====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-04-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 16.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63972 of 2023 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of the reasons assigned in paragraph No. 3 of the modification petition, further four weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioners to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25396 of 2024(2) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, order dated 16.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63972 of 2023 is modified to the above extent and modification petition is allowed.
