2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Judawanpur P.S. Case No. 185 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 303(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with iron rod on his head and the injury is found to be grievous in nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has brutally assaulted the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5084 of 2026(3) dt.24-02-2026 2/2 victim by iron rod due to which he sustained grievous injury.

6. Considering the gravity of offence against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected.

8. The petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail.
