The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 386, 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. In course of investigation it has come that the petitioner was informing the other accused persons about the movement of the police. The petitioner happens to be relation of Lakhan Da who is said to be involved in the case.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Jamui P.S. Case No. 64/2015.
