The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondentBihar School Examination Board, Patna to make necessary corrections in his application for Bihar Elementary Teacher (Training) Eligibility Test, 2017, submitted in the light of Advertisement No. 54/17.
A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Board, naming the petitioner to be responsible for not filling up the form properly and uploading it.
Even if the plea taken on behalf of the Board is to be accepted, a mistake which is capable of being correction must be dealt accordingly. No prejudice will be caused to anyone, if the Board is directed to ensure necessary
corrections being made in the application form submitted online by the petitioner.
This application is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the Board to make necessary corrections in the petitioner's application for the aforesaid examination within two weeks from today.
This disposes of the application.
