Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b) a, and 26 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner was caught with a country made loaded pistol and on the same day confessional statement of the petitioner was recorded and in the said confessional statement, he accepted his involvement in Sultanganj P.S. case no. 217/2015.

It appears that except the present case as well as the above stated Sultanganj P.S. case no. 217/2015, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 20.11.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate,
