Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,308,379,504,506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners allegedly caused injury with the weapon in their hand at the head of the informant and others. The impugned order reveals that the Doctor has found injury on parietal region.

Since the petitioners had knowledge that their act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge them on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3322 of 2020(2) dt.26-06-2020 2/2 anticipatory bail in connection with Taraiya P.S.Case No.72 of 2019 pending in the court of learned ACJM-I, Chapra, Saran. Hence, prayer is refused. They may surrender and pray for regular bail.
