From perusal of the writ petition itself it is apparent that charge memo in prapatra 'Ka' has been issued on 15.10.2018 which has not been assailed in the instant proceeding. In view of submission of charge memo upon the petitioner the relief for revocation of suspension cannot be considered as it is now for the petitioner to appear before the authorities in the departmental proceeding pursuant to charge memo dated 15.10.2018.
