The petitioner is an accused in connection with Raj Nagar P.S.Case No. 58 of 2015 registered under Sections 363, 376(D), 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 POSCO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. In course of investigation coaccused, Jitendra Kuamr Yadav, has named this petitioner, who is the cousin brother-in-law to the effect that the petitioner has also hand in the offence. Further submission is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 11.05.2015.
